Catch of the Day: Simian Ghost
Simian's Ghost hark to the likes of an ultra-mellow Bombay Bicycle Club crossed with somewhat dejected Two Door Cinema Club. Their lilting guitar-arpeggio rich sound lends the Swedish three Piece a folky Migrant-esque sound which when coupled with delicately ethereal lyrical stylings of frontman Sebastian Arnström, makes for a sound that's both brimming with lighthearted shimmering melodies and wrought with undertones of folk-pop shrouded tribulation.
Gander at: Youth (also the acoustic bonus track version), Curtain Call, Automation
Stack with: Youth Lagoon, Klaus Says Buy The Record, The Migrant
