Avid vlogger and musician Tom Milsom's variety of honest-spoken bedroom pop, which at times brims with lyrics instilled with a sense of heartfelt existentialist uncertainty 'And I feel like the world instead of me / Ambient body and a soul that's never me', delivered side-by-side with angst-ridden guitars in songs like Cable Rat King, is diverse in musical flavour. With the multi-instrumentalist's sound often taking on a more ethereal psych-rock persona in songs like Take Me Out, it's not easy to pigeon-hole the London soloist's brand of homemade harmonies into a single genre, especially when earlier offerings are so varied as to allude to the likes of Owl City-esque auto-tuned synth pop in songs like What Did You Do from his 2012 album Alien Home. Milsom's latest LP Organs dropped earlier this month, and together with his interesting discography, is available on Bandcamp.

I'm so glad you wrote about this! Organs is amazing, diverse and unlike any other album I've heard this year. I don't think anyone does psychedelic and experimental pop like Tom Milsom does :)
