MS MR's tribute to LCD Soundsystem's electronic dance-punk classic resonates with the definitively soulful vibe of Lizzy Plapinger's vocals that have become the hallmark of the New York duo's sound, and at times feel unexpectedly Placebo-esque in their deliverance. As a choice of cover, Dance Yrself Clean fits the bill perfectly and, if you were unfamiliar with James Murphy's iconic original, you might be hard pushed to tell which came first.
